Used construction machinery

excavator loader road roller bulldozer Lifting equipment

Used construction machinery refers to construction equipment that has been previously used and, after inspection, maintenance, or refurbishment, remains suitable for construction projects, earthworks, and infrastructure development.

Product Details

Used construction machinery refers to construction equipment that has been put into actual use on construction sites, undergone professional inspection, repair, maintenance, or complete refurbishment, and still maintains full operational condition and safe performance. It is widely used in earthwork projects, foundation construction, infrastructure development, mining operations, municipal road construction, and other scenarios.

I. From a technical perspective

This type of equipment uses an internal combustion engine or an electric motor as its power source and achieves operation through a hydraulic transmission system, mechanical transmission mechanisms, and an electronic control operating system: it relies on hydraulic pumps and multi-way valves to control the movement of hydraulic cylinders, completing actions such as digging, lifting, pushing, rotating, and compacting; the traveling system uses gearboxes, drive axles, tracks, or tires to achieve movement and steering on site. Some high-end models are equipped with electronic control technologies such as load-sensing control, power matching, and intelligent load limiting, ensuring smooth operation and high work efficiency.

II. In terms of performance data and condition

Qualified used construction machinery typically meets the following criteria: the total operating hours of the machine have been professionally calibrated, the engine output power can be restored to 85%–95% of the original factory-rated value, the pressure, flow rate, and leakage of the hydraulic system are all within industry standard ranges, structural components show no structural damage, and key performance indicators such as rotation, travel, and braking meet the required standards. After being refurbished, the equipment’s operational efficiency, durability, and reliability are close to those of new machines, allowing it to be directly deployed on construction sites, capable of handling rated lifting capacity, digging force, bucket capacity, compaction degree, and other core operational parameters, fully meeting construction specifications and safety requirements.
